About the Owner
After completing his tour of duty in the Marine Corps, Chuck Roeser earned degrees in mechanical engineering and business. His on-the-job training as a journeyman machinist in the tool room at a GM plant came in handy when he opened a small clock store and repair shop in 1973. That business evolved until Chuck eventually became known as one of the leading authorities on historical clock restoration in the nation.
Chuck is a past-president of the Tower Clock chapter of NAWCC - The National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors - and is a much sought-after speaker at many of their group functions. He's also a Fellow with the NAWCC, and a winner of their award for his design and construction of a single-train tower clock. The clock mechanism shown here is one of his creations, and his experience includes all of the items on the list to the right - and more! Be sure to give Chuck a call for any of your tower or street clock restoration needs. You'll be able to tell right away that you've made the right choice.
